Plot for sale in Sotogrande Alto, Sotogrande

Fantastic 2000m2 plot with planning permission and a project to build a state of the art villa with sea views, situated very close to the new Sotogrande International School. The land is relatively flat despite being slightly elevated and the plot is square. There are other plots on the SouthWest, and West side of this plot, however they are lower and the project provides the pool and balconies on the East side which is safe from the possibility of any building in front of them. Building up, the views here are toward the East, of the sea, green belt and estuary of Sotogrande.
