The principle
Every other Marbella agency takes commission from the seller. We do not. That single choice removes the conflict of interest that defines the rest of the market: an advisor paid by the seller, telling the buyer what to buy. We earn only when you find the right property — never when a particular property finds you.
Our roots
The agency was founded by Erlend Sand — a Norwegian entrepreneur with 7 years on the Costa del Sol. The team works in Norsk, English, and Spanish. The lawyers, mortgage brokers, and notaries we recommend are people we have used personally, and who treat international buyers with the standards expected at home.
